About

Myk Gordon is a singer-songwriter and recording artist with the Americana genre, we are tasked with designing his newest album "The Future Is Now" and the matching social media template and merchandise. We worked in a group of three and delivered satisfactory results to our client.

Objectives

Create a album design that fits the overall meaning of the album with the main audience of 55-64 aged male.

Challenges

Myk did not provide any motifs or adjectives for the design, only the lyrics and songs of the album.

Solutions

We first provided some references of other album designs in the same genre to narrow down on do's and don'ts. We give him a wide variety of design in our concept presentation to narrow down on in order to fit into the short time frame.
